Thiswas a 3 tier mailing:

TIER1: We printed solid red two sides on 200# finch cover, hot stamped twodifferent silver foils, die-cut round corners with silver edging.

TIER2: We printed solid red two sides on 130# finch cover, hot stamped 1 silverfoil and 1 white foil, die-cut round corners

TIER3: Print 2 PMS inks on 130# cougar cover

ENVELOPES: Print solid red, letterpress address,die-cut and convert with kleen stick adhesive.

Look at this great bag we produced in 2 weeks for theMeredith and CEW Acheivers Award.

We offset printed, film laminated, converted flat sheetsand assembled the bags in record time.

Theinterior pages are 2 colors printed on 160# Neenah Classic Crest.

Thechallenge was to perforate the interior cards without tearing away from thechip board cover.
